Nokori is a bench for the small pauses in a day: taking off shoes in a hallway, settling beside a window or finding a quiet place to sit. Its simple outline helps it sit comfortably in a room without dominating the space.

Wedged-tenon legs and a carefully formed backrest give the bench its character. The visible construction brings detail to an otherwise restrained design, allowing the timber and proportions to remain the focus.

Made to be used and cared for over time. Dust with a soft cloth, wipe up spills promptly and protect surfaces from hot items and prolonged moisture. Keep timber away from direct heat and sustained strong sunlight.

Timber naturally responds to its surroundings. Please ask for care advice suited to your chosen finish before using oils, polishes or cleaning products.

Our timber is sourced from a supplier with FSC® and PEFC chain-of-custody certification, whose approach includes careful material use and the recovery and reuse of timber waste.
