Kille grew from a belief that good woodworking should be thoughtfully designed, beautifully made and built to last.
My route into the craft wasn’t conventional - I studied Carpentry and Joinery while serving in the British Commando Forces, before leaving to pursue woodworking full-time. Since then, I’ve spent years developing my skills across furniture making, joinery, carpentry and fitting, bringing that understanding into every piece I make.
My work is influenced by mid-century furniture, Japanese and Scandinavian design, and traditional English cabinetry - styles that share an appreciation for honest materials, considered proportions and craftsmanship. Based near Rye in East Sussex, I create bespoke furniture and joinery for projects across the South East and further afield, combining traditional techniques with contemporary design to make pieces with character and longevity.
